Question: How does the affiliate program work?

Answer: By registering in our affiliate program, you receive a unique affiliate ID, which is added to all your links and HTML code. You can place links to any pages of our service on your website, blog, page, in communities and social networks.  

Question: How much will I earn by participating in your affiliate program?

Answer: It depends on many factors such as:

1. Traffic to your website or websites where you post information about us.

2. The site's subject matter should match the target audience that may be interested in currency exchange services. Simply put, you shouldn't expect a large number of clicks on your affiliate link posted on a site dedicated to parrot breeding.

3. Proper presentation of information. For example, few people will be attracted by just a link "currency exchange" without any descriptions somewhere in the corner of the web page.

Question: If I put my affiliate link in my signature on the forum, will the clicks and all other terms of the affiliate program be taken into account?

Answer: Yes, of course they will.

Question: I already have other affiliate programs installed on my site. Can I be your partner?

Answer: Yes, you can. We have no restrictions on working with other affiliate programs.

Question: Is my site eligible for the affiliate program?

Answer: We welcome any sites that do not contradict the terms of our affiliate program. 

Question: How many levels are there in your affiliate program? Is it paid to attract new partners?

Answer: Our affiliate program has 6 levels. Attracting new partners is not paid.

Question: I can't log into my partner account. It says "Incorrect login and password combination." I'm sure I'm entering the password correctly.

Answer: Make sure that when entering your password, you do not have the Russian keyboard layout or Caps Lock enabled. If you only remember your login, use the Password Reminder function. The password will be sent to your e-mail specified during registration.

Question: How are earned money paid?

Answer: Affiliate payments are made via the WebMoney system in WMZ currency to the wallet specified by the partner when registering in the affiliate program. As a rule, this takes no more than 2-3 hours. Do not rush to send us messages if 48 hours have not passed since the application was submitted - the administrator sees all applications and will process yours in any case.
